Common questions

What’s the difference between the packages?

Launch Site is a complete website, paid once, with a year of hosting. Launch Pro adds copywriting and local SEO, so you don’t write a word and local customers can find you. The two monthly plans give you the same builds with $0 down, plus hosting and ongoing updates for as long as you stay.

When does the two-week clock start?

At your kickoff call, once you’ve sent your logo, photos, domain access and any copy you’re writing yourself. With Launch Pro and Pro + Care we write the copy, so the clock starts after the kickoff interview. We’ll ask for feedback on drafts during the build. If a reply takes more than 2 business days, the launch date moves by the same amount.

Why do the monthly plans have a 12-month term?

Because the build is included and you pay nothing up front. The 12 months cover the cost of building your site. After that you’re month to month, and you can cancel anytime and keep the site.

I paid for my site up front. Can I still get ongoing care?

Yes. The Care add-on is $150/mo with no term. It covers hosting, monitoring, backups and up to 1 hour of edits a month.

What does “AI-search ready” mean?

Your business details are marked up in a standard format (schema) that search engines and AI tools can read, and the site includes an llms.txt file that some AI tools look for. Google says its AI features need no special files, so the biggest factor is still a fast, clear, well-written site. Every package gets this.

What if I need more pages?

On Launch Site and Launch Pro, each extra page is $350. On the monthly plans, extra pages come out of your 2 hours of monthly updates, and work past that is $95/hr.

Do you provide hosting?

Yes. Launch Site and Launch Pro include the first year, then hosting renews at $300/yr. The monthly plans and the Care add-on include hosting for as long as you’re on them.
